Innovation Challenge: Plako on the second phase of the competition

Plako is on the second phase of Innovation Challenge! This was the best way Plako found to communicate its entry in this growing sector of mobile applications.

Sérgio Gomes, the engineer in charge of mobile applications development, adds "This application combines a set of different technologies, creating a mobile app that's unique. We are glad to see the judges have understood our bet".

A total of 50 projects were selected for the second stage of the competition. The winners will be known on the 5th edition of Sapo Codebits, from the 10th to the 12th November, Pavilhão Atlântico, Lisbon, Portugal.

The Innovation Challenge, promoted by PT and Galp, has the purpose of "creating and developing mobile applications, concerning energetic efficiency and mobility", so this competition fits the environmental policy carried out by Plako.

The oportunity to develop a mobile application focused on environmental issues meets one of Plako's mantras - to use technology as a tool to the preservation of the environment.
