New Module: Customer Loyalty

This module allows you to manage promotional newsletters to increase customer loyalty.

With this system it is possible to filter registered users in terms of business volume through a determined time period (last two weeks, last month...) and sales. Using this filter, one can create a campaign for those users, which can include:

  • Additional discount for orders made until a given date;
  • Voucher - speciific discount value;
  • Offering one product depending on the business volume.
Customer Loyalty module may be integrated with Newsletter volume, to send a campaign by email.

The administrator of the content management system can set the email message that will be sent to the filtered users, according to the intended customer loyalty campaign.


Example

An online store wants to offer a 50% discount on their next order to all the customers who made purchases that exceeded €50 last month. With this module, the administrator may compile a list of users that fulfil those requirements and send a discount voucher by email.

This module can also be used with Discount Vouchers, limiting the discount to a determined brand or time period (from 1 to 15 July, for example).
